For several years, we offered a class at Linda Carucci's Kitchen called "Thinking of Remodeling Your Kitchen?" We no longer offer the class, but by popular demand, I serve as a consultant to homeowners who are in the process of designing their perfect kitchen. Ours is basically a galley kitchen. Can you find the dishwasher? On the other side of the stove, in front of the barstools, are three large cabinets to store a rolling rack and large platters. All the drawers are great for easy access. I love all the drawers, almost as much as the indoor grill. Weinstalled a kettle filler right beside the stove. Great for canning and stock making.
